FRIDAY, JULY 12

Welcome party

TIME: 6:30 to 9:30PM, with speeches starting a little after 7

LOCATION: The Elks Lodge, 711 Jenifer Street

DRESS CODE: Casual and fun!

INCLUDES: Drinks, food, lots of fun,
speeches from those who’d like to make one

If you make it to town in time, join us for a casual welcome dinner to enjoy—weather permitting—a perfect Madison summer evening with friends and family. The location we choose will be a 15-minute walk or short Uber ride from hotels.

SATURDAY, JULY 13

Wedding ceremony and reception

TIME: 4:30PM until

LOCATION: 6447 Hilltop Road, Spring Green

DRESS CODE: Cocktail attire

INCLUDES: Incredible views, vows, snacks, drinks, dinner, dancing, delight

Hop in a shuttle at the Concourse Hotel at 3:30 to head to our venue in Spring Green. This is about 50 minutes from Madison, so please prepare for a decently long ride to and from the venue. Hilltop is one of the most beautiful places we've ever been, and we feel so lucky to experience it, and our wedding, with all of you.

The ceremony will start around 5, followed by cocktails and hors d'oeuvres in the garden. (Between arrival and the start of the ceremony, water and other drinks will be available.) We will then enjoy a sit-down dinner that will lead into music and dancing on the pavilion. Barring heavy rain, the entire wedding will take place outside, so please wear shoes you can comfortably wear on grass, and consider bringing layers in case it gets chilly.

SUNDAY, JULY 14

Drop-in
farewell brunch

TIME: 10 AM to 1 PM

LOCATION: Hobson-Krasno house, 1409 Rutledge Street, Madison

DRESS CODE: As casual as it gets

INCLUDES: Brunch food, coffee, hair of the dog

If you have time before heading out of town, swing by Dan and Anita's house for a bite to eat and plenty of coffee.
